In many cases, back pain has it’s origin not primarily in vertebral or disc lesions but in the fascia, to give just examples. As you know, strength training, endurance training and coordination training for instance are essential training aspects. But to minimize your back pain or even to prevent it, we are going to additionally concentrate on training your fascias and getting you fit again!
